1. Governing Law & Arbitration

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, which is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to participate as a class representative or member in any action against Master Office Automation.

2. Use Restrictions & Intellectual Property

All images, illustrations, designs, and writings (the "Contents") are property of Master Office Automation. Permission is granted to copy or print portions of this Site only for the purposes of placing a B2B order or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other use violates copyright and trademark laws.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, prohibit sales to re-sellers, and correct any typographical errors. Receipt of an email confirmation does not constitute an offer to sell; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for credit or fraud concerns.

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, a designated grievance mechanism is in place for resolution of product defects, delivery delays, and service deficiencies.

MASTER OFFICE AUTOMATION IS PROVIDING THIS SITE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS). TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN DISPUTE.

Force Majeure: Master Office Automation shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemic lockdowns, or logistical disruptions.
